Summary
The Morgan Library & Museum is now accepting applications for current undergraduate and graduate students to participate in its College Ambassador program for the academic year 2026–2027.
Throughout the academic year, students serve as ambassadors for the Morgan by raising awareness of its exhibitions and programs, including college programs and free events, on their respective campuses. In this role, students are responsible for designing and coordinating one on-site activation for a group from their school, promoting the museum through both personal and school social media profiles, and sharing relevant opportunities with campus networks.

Stipend: $500 for the fall semester and $500 for the spring semester

Eligibility
This opportunity is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at Columbia University/Barnard, New York University, Fordham University, The Fashion Institute of Technology, Pratt Institute, Pace University, The New School, School of Visual Arts, Cooper Union, Marymount Manhattan University, St. John’s University, and CUNY institutions, including CUNY Graduate Center, Baruch College, Brooklyn College, The City College of New York, Borough of Manhattan Community College, Hunter College, Lehman College, and Queens College.
Candidates should have an area of study or background related to the following: art, literature, history, social media, and/or marketing and communications.
About
A museum and independent research library located in the heart of New York City, the Morgan Library & Museum began as the personal library of financier, collector, and cultural benefactor Pierpont Morgan. As early as 1890 Morgan had begun to assemble a collection of illuminated, literary, and historical manuscripts, early printed books, and old master drawings and prints.
