Summary
We’re looking for a Design Fellow to join our team and help bring Amant’s visual identity to life across a range of print and digital touchpoints. The Design Fellow brings strong visual design and typography skills, creative problem-solving and time-management capabilities, and a desire to learn and grow within an expanding, innovative contemporary arts organization. You’ll work closely with the Director of Design and Publishing and the Junior Designer, learning firsthand how design functions within a working cultural institution.
The Design Fellow is involved in all aspects of the design process, including meetings and presentations, as well as the production and implementation of a wide range of print and digital projects. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build their portfolio and work within a professional design studio environment.

- Duration: 3-month contract with opportunity to extend
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week

Eligibility
- An undergraduate or graduate degree, or equivalent knowledge, in graphic design is required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma
- Strong eye for typography and layout, and an understanding of the print production process
- Ability to work within an established visual identity while contributing fresh ideas
- Organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Experience and/or interest in art and photo direction
- Experience and/or working knowledge of video editing and production
- Genuine interest in contemporary art, culture, and publishing
Compensation
$28 per hour
