Summary
The Education Department provides innovative and inclusive learning opportunities for diverse museum visitors across all age groups. Through collaboration with artists, scholars, and cultural practitioners, the team creates meaningful in-person and online experiences. The Education department is dedicated to forging paths that lead to a more inclusive and diverse institution by valuing the lived experience of our multi-generational audiences, providing opportunities for our visitors to nurture their curiosity, offering a sense of belonging through partnerships, and producing visionary content that supports our collection and community. Intern placements are offered in a range of program areas including Academic Engagement, Interpretation and Access, Public Programs and Public Engagement, and School, Youth, and Family.
The Summer 2026 Internship program will offer 2 positions in the Education department.

- Schedule: 8 weeks (30 hours per week)

Eligibility
Applicants must have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies to apply. Priority is given to rising juniors or seniors in undergraduate programs and to graduate students. The museum welcomes candidates of all backgrounds to apply. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
$20 per hour
