Summary
The Interactive Experiences Intern will gain hands-on experience developing Unity-based digital interactives for Museum exhibits. This role focuses on translating interactive design concepts into functional experiences through scripting, prototyping, testing, and refinement. The intern will collaborate with designers and developers to help create engaging, accessible, and stable interactive experiences that support the Museum’s mission.

Eligibility
- Junior or senior standing preferred; coursework in Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working in Unity, including the ability to provide a portfolio of projects (coursework, personal projects, or prior work).
- Experience programming with C#, including scripting and debugging.
- Familiarity with integrating digital assets into Unity projects.
- Understanding of basic game design principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple disciplines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Interest in creating fun, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for children.
Compensation
$15 per hour
