Summary
The Operations division and the Retail department at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston offer an engaging and enriching Museum experience that exceeds customer expectations. Our mission is to create a retail shop that educates, entertains, enlightens, and encourages awareness of the rich artistic heritage represented by the Museum’s collection. Retail Design is responsible for leading product development of exclusive items to be sold in the shops using art from the MFA collection.
