Summary
The Graphic Design Intern will work within the Communications Department to support creative production and assist in maintaining the Studio Museum’s brand and visual identity. They will work alongside the Senior Graphic Designer and Junior Graphic Designer to produce compelling, consistent, and brand-aligned assets for the Studio Museum’s diverse channels, with a specific focus on digital content. They will learn about implementing institutional design systems, maintaining brand consistency across all audience touch points, project managing design initiatives, and organizing and maintaining design files.
Key Details
- Program Duration: June 1 – August 7, 2026 (10 weeks)
- Weekly Commitment: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Interns are required to be on-site at least three days per week, including mandatory full day attendance on Tuesdays.
- Mandatory Orientation: All accepted interns must attend an in- person orientation on the morning of Monday, June 1, 2026, to begin the program.

Eligibility
- Applicants must demonstrate strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), superb attention to detail and excitement about working in a tight-knit, collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
- The ideal applicant will also display an aptitude for visual storytelling and a passion for current trends within the design and art world.
